Simulation Objects
Simulation objects are defined at the lowest level of the
CBI Federated Software Architecture. They comprise everything that is
declared as a solver object in a SSP file.
- Input objects:
- Perfect Clamp utility for injecting a constant value into a
simulation, for instance to create a voltage clamp or current clamp
protocol.
- PulseGen utility for applying pulsed currents to a neuron.
- Output objects:
- OutputGenerator: ascii output file object shipped with the
Experiment software component).
- asc_out: ascii output file object. Currently part of NS-SLI
supporting Backward-Compatibility.
